• A student on a gap year
• A 4th-year student studying abroad

NO, you are exempt if you are: :

• A CROUS or regional means-tested scholarship student
• A refugee, beneficiary of subsidiary protection, or asylum seeker

For international exchange students or students in continuing education (professional training contract), no action is required on your part..
