1. Pre-inscription

You will receive a message to create your password and complete your pré-inscription.
This step allows us to get to know you better before your arrival at the school. No documents are required: you only need to complete the form. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate, as it will be used to prepare your administrative documents and to create your access to the school’s digital environment.

2. First login to the internal digital environment

You will receive an email invitation to download your personal information form, which contains your login credentials for the school’s digital platform.
These credentials will allow you to access the various online platforms and services of ESPCI.

3. Administrative enrolment

Administrative enrolment at ESPCI is completed online on Oasis at the beginning of each academic year. An email will be sent to you to complete this final step of your registration.

To complete the procedure, you will need to provide the following documents:

• A CVEC certificate for the current academic year
• A civil liability insurance certificate covering the entire academic year
• Bank account details (RIB) from a European bank
• A scholarship certificate, if applicable

After completing your registration at the school, you will be entitled to:

• A student ID card
• Access to the school’s services
