Thanks to partnership agreements with BNP ‘Les Studélites’, the Association Relais Accueil and the Crous de Paris, ESPCI Paris has a number of accommodation options available.
Accommodation
- The Les Portes d’Orléans residence, commonly known as ‘La Rèz’ in Montrouge, just a few dozen minutes from the School.

Monthly rent of around €750 including bills (€200 housing allowance to be deducted, fully equipped single studios ranging from 15 to 35 m²) electricity: approx. €50–60, internet approx. €20

Administrative management is handled by BNP ‘Les Studélites’ and allocation by ESPCI.
- Some accommodation at the CROUS Citeaux residence, near Gare de Lyon. Accommodation at CROUS Citeaux is reserved primarily for students on international dual-degree programmes.
Indicative rent: €440 (minus €200 in housing allowance)
Administrative management is handled by the Crous de Paris and allocation by ESPCI.
- Shared flats in the 13th and 18th arrondissements of Paris
Monthly rent €655
Allocation of accommodation is random, so it is not possible to choose.
Priority is given to engineering students arriving from outside Paris or from abroad. Other students are placed on a waiting list based on the distance between their family home and ESPCI, and in the order in which applications are received.
All tenants are eligible for housing assistance: applications must be made via the website www.caf.fr.
Other alternatives
If you are a CROUS grant holder, you can apply for accommodation when completing your student social file (DSE). Even if you are not a grant holder, you can still apply for accommodation through the CROUS under certain conditions.
