The department of the ESPCI Studies Department and the Industrial Relations Department will be your main contacts throughout your studies. Registration at ESPCI Paris allows you to obtain a student card, access to the school library, the REZ and the various services of the school and the PSL University.
Your digital environment
- L’intranet is a space accessible to all ESPCI users. It is essential to consult it regularly: it centralizes all the information related to your training, regulations, internships, student life, as well as all the services useful in everyday life.
- OASIS is the school management platform. You will find your schedule, your administrative data, as well as the follow-up of your academic career.
- Moodle is the school’s educational tool. Your courses will be submitted there (in PDF or video), depending on the formats chosen by your teachers.

YOUR PEDAGOGICAL ENVIRONMENT
Your main educational contact will be your year manager, who will be introduced to you at the start of the school year. You can ask him for any questions or difficulties relating to your journey at ESPCI.
In addition, a tutor will accompany you throughout your studies. You can talk to him/her regularly to take stock of your progress or if necessary.
All your teachers are also at your disposal to accompany you, especially in the event of difficulties in a particular discipline.
During the sessions of practical work (TP), preceptorships (TUT) and tutorials (TD), you will be divided into homogeneous groups, consisting of the level of admission and composed of a balanced number of students.
The TP groups are defined by the Directorate of Studies, in collaboration with the promotion managers, who propose to the year manager a breakdown into three groups of pairs.
Throughout the semester, you will work in pairs during each TP session.
SEMAINE PRÉ-RENTRÉE
Each year, the school’s students organise an optional pre-entry week for students admitted on French, international and double-degree titles. This usually takes place the week before the start of the school year.
It is a great way to integrate into ESPCI and student life in general and to
make up for gaps in certain areas.
